Steel Lanyard: Pivot Point offers a selection of high quality custom lanyard assemblies 3/64 to 1/8 cable diameter for light-duty retention. These lanyards are typically attached to pins and other fasteners to prevent loss.
All Pivot Point standard lanyards are made from 7 x 7 aircraft cable chosen for its strength and flexibility. Stock sizes are available in galvanized steel cable, bare or coated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or nylon. PVC coating is more popular because of its appearance, flexibility, and low cost. Nylon offers more durability and abrasion resistance.
Stainless lanyard assemblies are made to order. Specify cable diameter and coating on application.
Special lanyards can be assembled fast and are priced without a set-up charge.
Nylon Lanyard: This low-cost alternative to steel lanyards offers light-duty retention and loss prevention. Available from stock in various styles and lengths. Made from "Super Tough" ST801 Zytel Nylon.
