Kim Spittel
Customer Service Manager
Kim develops, implements and supervises our Customer Service Program.
She also personally maintains many key accounts. Her background
in sales and purchasing contribute to her capabilities to help
customers. She says, "We strive to have a fun and enjoyable
experience with each customer so they feel comfortable to do business
with us again."

Roman Baus
Engineering
"Romy" is involved in many facets of Engineering here
at Pivot Point- tooling design, production feasibility studies,
new product R & D, and more. He frequently assists customers
with fastener design. Romy says he "enjoys the challenge
of designing the 'right' fastener, and also the satisfaction of
having it work out so our customer is happy." Have a design

Dave Zimmermann
Vice President of Operations
Dave is responsible for our Sales and Marketing strategies both
nationally and internationally. He formulates and implements our
marketing and advertising campaigns, and also directs our inside
and outside sales efforts.

Dan Wrucke
Quotations
Dan ensures the effectiveness of our continuous improvement program.
As program coordinator, he involves all departments and personnel
in the creative problem-solving process. Thanks to Dan, and our
employees, we are continuously improving our products and processes
to ultimately ensure customer satisfaction.

Dolores Swenson
Quality Manager
Dolores has spearheaded our trek towards ISO certification. Dolores
says "Ensuring systems and procedures are ISO compliant can
be an effort, but everyone understands the importance, and that
has really helped to move us forward pretty quickly."

Tim Weisensel
Production Manager
Tim oversees scheduling, quality control and production. Tim's
"hands-on" experience ensures realistic long and short
range production goals. Tim's says some of his key goals are "to
keep efficiencies and capacities high, keep costs and lead times
low and keep inventory and scheduling accurate."

Joshlyn and Tracey Leitzke
Office Support
"Josh" and Tracey aid in the daily operations of the office.
Every day they help with the filing, mailing for sales leads, promoted
items, catalog requests, and invoices. They keep the flow of customer
correspondence moving forward. |
Harry Swenson
President
As our Vice President, Harry ensures Pivot Point is a success every
single day, and that our mission and visions are being fulfilled.
He provides guidance, goals, and feedback to departmental managers.
He sets and keeps our business on course. |
Rue Leitzke
Owner/CEO
Rue prescribes the overall mission of Pivot Point, and conceives
our vision for tomorrow. Thanks to his strong family heritage in
the fastener industry, he knows what it takes to be the market leader.

Sandy Lueder
Accounting
Sandy reconcile and post all receivables and payables, as well as
invoice customer orders that have shipped. Their attention to detail
ensures your account is up-to-date and accurate. If you have a problem
with your account, they'll be happy to help you out. |
Mark Rode
Vice President
Mark manages all of our accounting and financial concerns. He is
also the administrator of our rapidly evolving Information Systems.

more efficient company-wide," says Mark. "Our customers

Data Entry
Deb enters the data generated from our daily operations into the
computer. The data she enters ranges from reporting labor time
per job to posting shipping records. She also generates work center
performance and efficiency reports.
